Lamb Update

Turned the lambs out today with the herd. They were having the time of their lives running and jumping in the pasture. I am so thankful that these wonderful sheep are such good moms. Melody was keeping a pretty good eye on those curious georges.

New Lambs of the Season

My first Blue Face Leicester lambs of the season were born about a week ago.First time mom had triplets but one was deceased in the sack when they were discovered. Mom is white and dad was a colored ram, two colored lambs and one white was the product of this union.

New Directions

Ryan's Way is taking a new direction. We have down sized dramatically and now will focus on our Blue Face Leicester sheep. The past few years have seen us through many changes, some good, some not so and adjustments have been made.
It has made me realize what is important in life and what is not. So we move ahead and go forward from here.
